If we want to grow we must first believe that we are born and just born, One few years ago effort in establishing a company is a startup only. The mistake that can be avoided by just first strategically thinking that “Yes we are – Startups !” again Say Yes we are – Startups !

Make a Google search with a keyword { startup help } and you find a lot. But the thing is this keyword will more easily come in mind when we believe that we are a startup.

Ample resources will come as a search result showing you the best helping you to be a startup. As per me – In India the best result on this page will be http://startupindia.gov.in/contact.php . Indian Government is doing wonders and it is open to all !

I have posted this post in my blog so that my other brothers and sisters searching for help in their startup journey can get advantage.

Really seeing into the so big amount of activities on all these social medias, also on my most favorite facebook and even other good ones like twitter and linkedin, a new point comes to me everytime that because social media is not that old where some researches have finally reached to a level that they have good amount of facts and figures to support the usage dose of these.

Sometimes the posts are so good that I find my Mind Captured and I go on reading and scrolling to find more such posts and there you see the related posts..ohhhhhh what a user engagement that even when a techie like me can easily imagine what must be happening in the code behind the pages but the mesmerizing effect of the posts drags all your attention and you forget to think anything else that time.

And other thing to be thought of is that as the posts are going so much high in quantity.. counting all the posts .. then will social media be able to maintain the quality of posts ??????

You read a new post and then you have a new mindset after reading each post and this is for every new post you read. But how many mindsets and how many variations a human can easily assimilate in the mind ?

More posts are also seen as offensive types on social media..But keep on reading till you enjoy learning !

Yes, In my view Entrepreneur is Paraglider. You Start your jump from a plane which is going smooth in normal case and not smooth in a emergency situation. Even you know that you have a branded parachute and is also tested one. You need to Jump from the plane at one point of time with a faith that parachute will be in its active mode much before you hit the ground and Yes! if it does (definetely it will if all goes well) then It will break your anchor for such Brave move and you will become a professional paraglider in some more turns. In all this your mentor and whom you follow should be practical professional himself. Each time you need to be same careful but it will be fun when you need not to think much.
After all you are the only who is going to enjoy paragliding !

I am putting here the best of my learnings from leading TopologyPro from almost last 2 years (from a newborn Startup to a 2 years old Startup):

• Being Leader you need to demonstrate the TOUGHEST tasks yourself.
• Being Leader you need to be develop expertize in Front track acting and Back track singing  BOTH because you own the complete movie and its results also.
• Being Leader you should be able to make your FELLOWMEN learn from you because your youngers are following your slightest move even.
• Being Leader you CANNOT COMPLAIN and if you do, you are then complaining your own creations.
• Being Leader you need to be in TOTAL CONTROL and if there was a miss somewhere just first excuse yourself, then quickly overcome the shortcoming ASAP.
• Being Leader you should be there to FILL ANY GAP if possibly there so you need to be master of the complete scene. In startup you don’t have enough funds to explore more talent of this world.
• Being Leader don’t start blaming to GOD, Religion, Elders, Environment, Education. It will not only waste your time and energy but will make your mindset a negative one. With negative Mind you cannot do positive Business. God is always supreme, send him sweet prayer (Just that’s enough)

Remember for a startup that you are creating something which was nowhere earlier !

Remember to Take Good Wishes of all the people you come across in your way !

Starting a Startup is a Total Life Changing Experience not only of you but all the people who are your near and dear ones !

Remember You are starting a very very long journey which will be a Lifelong if it turns a success, keep enjoying in the way.
