My friend & his courier agency – True DTDC
One of my childhood friend who owns a DTDC & other courier agencies had an accident last month, he got severe injuries, broke his back disk & is now on bed.
Today first time I went to his home, you know why because whenever I had some documents to be delivered, he always came to our home even when we played together in childhood & now when we are grown up and we need to deliver anything anywhere – he comes to our home so I never went to his home.
He was so happy to see me at his place, I could see from his expressions.
Even on his bed at his home as he cannot walk for another 45 days. He was working with full efficiency from his bed as a desk, his most clients who know him personally are coming to his home than to go to his office.
He is the True DTDC(Desk to Desk Courier). #Hatsoff
सच्चा इस लिए क्यूंकी पहले उस के घर या ऑफिस कभी ज़रुरत ही नहीं पड़ी जाने की, फ़ोन करो और जनाब हाज़िर! (True because earlier I never felt any need to go to his home, as whenever we called he was here with us)

Law as an experiment
We know India is so big, any decision like this new Farmer Laws sort should have been taken state-wise and should be seen results in the pilot states first rather than to implement it Nation Wide on the one go.
Because new laws obviously bring new changes so must be done patiently where the results from the pilot states should be seen first and yes if it fits & brings profit for all then only should be implemented in phases later.
As Govt. no doubt is doing to bring profits for farmers and their independence and on other side farmers have some other concerns because of which the farmers are concerning so protesting.

Because as of now (watching all this on social media) we being able to listen to both sides are not able to decide what is right and what is wrong at the moment BUT if it was done in phases then figures of this law as an experiment could have proven to be the best solution.
I being another citizen have sympathy for both My Govt. & My Countrymen also and would never appreciate any such misunderstanding between both. Because Govt. is also dear to me and our farmers due to whom we are able to eat delicious food are also our loved ones.
I request both of them to play wisely and peacefully in solving this matter.

Have a Happy Business
What made me happy today in the early morning was when a mid-sized departmental store near our home told us that he had made sales of 8 Lakhs in the last 3-4 days due to festival season.

Festivals have saved many businesses from drowning as these have made the average sales and covered up the losses for which all the local businessmen were saddened about due to lockdowns!
If they have made their business shut as some have done, they would have never bounced back.
So that is always said that in business you need a great deal of patience and business is for brave men who can ignore its downs and still wait for the right time.

Sometimes Vibes are very Important
Crowdfunding is just like Chit Fund & the first one not allowed in India & the second one is banned I guess. When I was in Europe My Colleague told me all the story of the Sahara Chairman. She told me that how they built their empire of Sahara initially through chit fund as she belonged to Lucknow wherefrom its founder hails. And we all know the consequences.
Knowing all this three years ago when I was searching for another rental office & I was getting an office on a floor above Sahara but I refused even though it was a good one because to me the vibes were not coming good.

China & Its Problem
China forgot India’s Budha so is now suffering, Soon 94% of the world will boycott China fully and its trade line will come to ground level.
Because you cannot serve products and pain at the same time to other countries, and all are fed up with China. Once China used to export its 3rd class products & buying those was not guarantee that it will even work for 24 Hrs and now what it has produced in Wuhan has taken its toll on all the world.
The main problem of China is that it never gave importance to its quality so its relations are also suffering now. This clearly points to the blunder they always kept on doing by selling its products at a low price and thought that the world will be used to it. But NO, the World is not full of fools that will keep on taking your shit for granted. And see that All are now taking China as a negative country.
This all could have improved a long time ago if they could have focused on Quality than on Quantity. As per reports their Wuhan was run by their Trainees and what you can expect more when you keep so low budget for things that matter for Life rather All World is disturbed by your actions.
Candidate from Top Institutions are always preferred?
It is not that always Top Colleges or Universities are preferred while hiring even for the same range of perks… (unless it is specifically mentioned in the job profile requirements)
Because recruiters think differently and it is mostly seen that Top Universities or Colleges will fit into with them or not? Or will they fit with their peers? They may later ask for higher hikes? They may work less and command more? They may get another offer sooner than the any other ones? They may have more Ego?
Lot of such questions come to Mind while hiring a candidate!
So depends on number of things not just a single constraint that they are educated in the Top Institutions…..
Be Cool ! Wherever you are graduated it is always The Best because I have seen many cases where from Ordinary Colleges people are reached to The Top of their careers based on their own merits and skills
